ok so some of you know i took a break for a while cause i had a company car for the past 8 months. well i finally got myself a black coupy like i always wanted. 00 ex in pretty nice shape with only 103k miles...i already put about 1500 on it in the past 2 weeks.
only mods so far are tinted windows...which need to repaired (minor peeling)
and speakers changed...infinity in the front..and pioneers in the back.
i am focusing on suspension for a while starting off with lowering springs and a couple strut bars and when my stocks blow...ill get some matching struts for it followed by some sway bars, etc.
for springs i am thinking the eibach sportlines since the stechs are a bigger drop and they are safe for stock shocks not to blow.
anyways..here are some pics.
too bad i moved to chicago and its hella cold out here so no working on the car for me unless theyre minor bolt ons modifications.
p.s. i found some chrome ring hubcaps on ebay that i may buy to see how they look with steelies...basically its a chrome/polished lip for steelies.
edit: the tint peel is in the back window...place was gonna fix it in NY but i had to come back to Chicago so i couldnt wait for them to come back from holidays. i got the whole car done including sunroof for only 125 so i am still happy.
oh and the dsport mag is complimentary reading materials for my passengers.
end goal is boosted h22 maybe type s...if money permits. and that little dealership sticker will come off as soon as i find a way to remove it.
