Bad compression- what problems will I have?

The engine I bought gives bad compression results, but I am thinking of using it as is, just so I can have something to drive. What sorts of problems can I expect?

Here are the numbers, for a cold engine removed from the car:
1: 75, 83, 80
2: 70, 70
3: 70 (it took like 25 strokes to get there)
4: 95, 82

With oil in the cylinders:
1: 142, 145
2: 140
3: 210, 220 (this time it got there even faster than the other cylinders- strange!)
4: 170
Note: High values in 3 (and maybe 4) might be because I added too much oil (oil was spitting out of 3 way more than the others when cranking).

Specs are for a warm engine. Mine was not warm- could this cause the bad numbers? Specs are:
Nominal: 184
Minimum: 135
Max variation: 28
(note: my engine is a D15B7)

Again, what sorts of problems should I expect if I install this engine as is?

^^ this. It'll run super rough, and fuel economy will go down the toilet.

Sounds like rings.

My friend who used to own the engine says he noticed no issues during the month he was using it; no smoke, no power problems. I think the fuel economy may have been on the low side though; he said 35mpg and I think this engine should get a little better than that since he drives with fuel economy as a priority.

I'm still wondering whether the compression numbers might improve if the engine is warm. Any chance of that?
