Bad engine block?

Hi guys I recently did my head gasket on my car because it kept over heating . When I removed the head on my engine I seen that the cylinder walls were chipped. I'm just wondering if my block is already bad? Would I have future problems? Or will I still have problems?

Unless you get it sleeved for 1100 bucks, it would be easier to just buy a low mileage long block
