Whats up guys,,just wanted to post this thread for us in the Texas so then we will all know what shops to go to and what shops not to go to. As far as Paint and Body shops ECT.
My girl Cha had an accident with her eclipse over a month ago, she went to a few Paint and Body shops to get an estimate on her car. She didn't want to come out of her pocket for the damage and paint job since the insurance company was going to pay $1000 to get it fixed . Well she took it to a body shop off of 75041 at kingsley and shiloh. The body shop is right next to JOTECH. She took her car there before and the job the first time was *OK* not the greatest but it was *OK*. Well she wanted to get her eclipse painted a darker pearl blue like it was before and wanted to put back on her factory headlights and wanted a new front bumper. Well,,the dude had her car for about a month because he was still trying to get more money from the insurance company so therefore nothing was done to the car. So two weeks ago she calls him and he tells her that the car has been ready for about 2 days now. So she is like ok,,well how come you didn't call me when it was done? He had nothing to say. So we both go up there cause i'm thinking that the car is going to be tight since he has had it for a month already. Man I get up there and I am pisst because it was nothing that she wanted to be done on the car. The car looked better before she brought it to them. The front bumper was cracked and he had the nerve to say that the bumper was *BAD QUALITY* Like WTF ya know. Me and Cha got the bumper at the same place and my bumper was fine. And if there was a problem with the bumper he should have said something sooner than wait a month later and then rush the job.
Now for the people that don't know,,I don't take s**t from nobody. And when you f**k around with the ride then we got problems.I could see that Cha was on another level so I took over. I told him personally that I wasn't satisfied with the car because the bumper was a different color then the rest of the car and what was agreed upon was a darker pearl and to replace the bumper and fix the hood. And the only thing I could tell that was done right was the hood everything else looked like crap. We found scratches and cracks on the bumper. I told him that I don't play that bullshit and that he can't tell me that he painted the whole car. I told him you got until Wed to have the car fixed .
Well to make a long ass story short earlier this week I suggested we go up there and look at the car because it was supposed to be done by Wed. Well we get up there and the car was sitting half way out of the shop like it was done. The bumper was more yellow than it was before not the pearl blue that it was supposed to be. Two of the employees that work there even told us that they didn't sand the whole car down and that they pretty much just painted over the areas that we complained about. Now if that ain't some s**t then I don't know what is. Well yesterday we went up there to get her car and the dude wanted the whole $900. He didn't fix what he said he would fix,,he didn't even buy the bumper or the headlights he just repainted the bumper (inwhich he didn't do a good job of doing) but wanted his $900. Well Cha called the cops because she wasn't going to pay that and this fool had the nerve to go and get a gun. The cops came and Cha was telling them everything that happened and the receit that showed what was suppposed to be done to the car. The cop said that he would be mad too because he could tell that the whole car wasn't painted and that the bumper was a totally different color. He also told Cha that there have been several complaints on him and the service that they do. Cha had projectors on her car. The right side was scratched but you could still reuse them. This nigga gonna have the nerve to tell us that he THREW THE PROJECTORS AWAY. WTF??? He didn't call Cha and ask her if she wanted the lights or not he just threw them away.
I'm trying to posts pics and such of the before and after crap that he did on her car. If you saw the car before the car was pefectly fine and a tight pearl blue but now,,,no words can describe it.
I did want to post on here so nobody else will go back to his shop and get done like us and mistreated like that. Because if you spending money somewhere I expect for the job to be done right the first time there shouldn't be a need for a 2 time. Thanks for reading.

but you know what if i were to have problems at a shop like that, i'd bring someone like you. I know that i wouldn't have control of my actions when it I get pissed off and i probably would've been running his ass over with the my car he's suppose to fix. There's a few of those out here where i live. It's not that they did a bad job, it's not they did a good job, they didn't do a job when i took my car there. I was told the car would be done in a week. 3weeks came and the car was still sitting sanded down and primered in the back while they sat there drinking on the job. sad to say they're not in business anymore.
