Bad store Import-store.com

I had/still have a horrible experience from import-store.com

They have yet to resolve my issue (sent two left ball joints, not one of each) that I had asked since 11/5/03.

8 emails to them, 3 back, no other contact....

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

if these people are a certified dealer of the part you are buying, call the actual brand name themselves and let them know whats going on.

Update on my saga...It is now May and they still have not answered emails, I called their website owner's number, no answer. I put their AIM SN on my buddy list, NEVER online...I decided f@#^ it and went and had a machinst push out the one and reverse it to fix it.

Stay the F away from them..
