OKay Bankston Honda off I-35 in Lewisville sucks balls... I know Juan you work there, but it's not towards tech people.
I went today buy me some wheel locks for my gsr rims which i just purchased. There was a guy infront of me and he was helped, the guy behind the counter walked away saying he'll be back just a second and help me. Which was cool... 5min.'s later one of the ladies from "cashiers" area comes and asked me if i needed any help and i told her the guy left and never came back... which is now 10minutes. But that was cool cuz i was checking out the S2000... so the lady makes a phone call to the accessories department i guess .. no one comes out... this one guy comes out i asked if he can help... guess what he didn't speak English i guess.. cuz he just pointed @ back and walked away... he did that twice..
15minutes passed another guy comes from back wearing a black polo shirt and asked if i needed any help.. i told him i do... he walked away saying he'll be back just a second... this guy is not the same guy from earlier... now it's about 16-17mintues passed...he never comes back ... i just walked away ..
so the dealership lost $50.00 + tax, yea that's small amount, but they lost a sell and a Honda customer.
So my Review is 1 to 10 1 being worst and 10 being the best..i rate it 3.
Sure there were people, but if there isn't enough employee to help just one customer out, man they need to hire more people or do something about it.
