Basically empty engine bay

So I have a Honda Civic EX 1997 project car. I recently was able to get a B16A2 Engine from family and all the required parts to make it work. My cousin showed me this picture of a Honda Civic

I was almost dumb founded at how empty this person's engine bay is, I have tried to search on this and I can't because I don't know what keywords to use besides "Clean engine bay" or "Empty Engine bay". If someone could link me to a thread or tell me how people do this that would be wonderful. Also I apologize I'm new to Hondas and this forum.

Its called "tucked" and shaved engine bay

(shaved the metal, tucked the wiring and accessories

They could have tucked the radiator, deleted the brake booster and converted to a s2000 CMC to make it even cleaner....

Or taken the engine out and converted to pedal power...
