Bearing sizes

i am getting a vitara pistons (75.5mm) and eagle rods for my D16Z6, but now im stuck on what bearing size should i go with (its ACL Race Bearing Kit), should i get the standard size, or 0.25mm (0.010 oversized) or 0.50mm (0.020 oversized) ?

can someone please tell me what should i go with and can someone please explain what are the differences between these sizes and what is the benefit from these sizes ??

you need to plastigauge the crank and rods to find the bearing size....
