The side moldings are painted? You mean paint them black?

I like the car, the lip would look good painted, but then again it ties in with the hood. But, the hood isn't carbon fiber so I don't know, hehe.

i have had two Ch hood on my car,and this damn florida sun,killed both of them. thats the oly bad part living in florida.if you got anything CF in your ride,and it doesnt matter on how much you take care of it,the florida sun will f**k it up.
