ones that match your setup, staying all motor, nitrous, turbo, supercharger. i would recommend for your setup now some mild lift all motor cams. all the companies you listed are good, its all about what u want to spend.

honestly depends on how much power u want if u want over 300hp it will be alot cheaper with a turbo setup.

if you are going for a 300hp goal, Turbo is the way to go.
DRAG or REv Hard Turbo kit.
We carry both and they are complete kits. Greddy kits are weak... dont expect 300hp on those without upgrades.

not necesarry for BB kits. non-ball bearing turbos work just as well.

keep in mind there are the following companies that make turbos too.. BB and non.
Precison Turbo
Innovative Turbo
Turbonetics

keep your stock cams your fine with those, for now...once you get some power then maybe switch...but if you really want new cams, get some itr or ctr cams...if you want just an intake side cam, which will give you some gains, you dont need new springs, as yours already has dual intake springs, whic are stiffer than the type r's intakes springs, becuase your valves are heavier....if you want both intake and exhuast, then get at least exhuast springs, but preferably both

THats not the only factor in choosing a Turbo. you have to choose the right A/R, trim, housing size, etc.

You can have a BB turbo with .96 A/R and compare it with a non-BB turbo with a .63 A/R and the .63 will spool up way faster.

its not whats the best cams you want, its how much you can afford. whats your price limit? if you want the best, IMO the TODA spec C. but then you will need to upgrade your complete valvetrain. then you also will need to upgrade your ecu to get a higher rev to get the full power.
