i need help selecting cams for my b16a. i need to know whats best to buy if im gonna be juicing it.

what are you looking for in a nirtous cam, dows it work better with more lift or duration?? I have always wondered this. I guess i could get unlazy and go look at the specs on the Zex cams and find out for my self, but anyway does anyone have any input on this?
