Finally got to wash my car... so me and my friend grabbed his new 6.1 megapixel camera and went out to the lake... and this is what happened...

We took these just last night (04-11-05).... I got done washing my car and was proud, so I called up my friend and said "lets go shoot some pictures while my car is clean"..
The pulling down the boat ramp to the water was my idea... my buddy was afraid his car was going to roll into the water 8)

The lake we're at is Lake Halbert... it's a few miles outside of Corsicana on the south side.

Thanks... as for the ZX2....has your basic CAI, Header, high flow cat, 2 1/2 exhaust w/ no resonator, main underdrive pully, ported intake manifold, adjustable intake cam gear, ECM out of a ZX2-SR (more aggressive fuel maps), low temp thermostat, and ureathane motor mount inserts.......... that's about all I can think of right now...there may be more, but I just got off work, and I'm tired, so my brain isn't working too well haha!
He's about to go get it dyno'd with his new ported intake manifold, and we're expecting to see 150-155 hp at the wheels... he got it dyno'd before changing over, and he was right at about 143hp at the wheels.

Around the end of this summer, I'm going to start getting parts together for a turbo for him (with his money, of course)... probably wont be installed for a while since he wants to get some internal work done to the engine too to fix some of fords 'weak points' on their engines.

Yeah the escort needs a drop too.

Believe it or not, it's dropped about 2 inches... the wheel wells are just so damned high that there's still a good bit of wheel gap... but if he drops it enough to get rid of the wheel gap, he'll almost be scraping the ground... there's not a whole hell of a lot of clearance under his car.... where as the bottoms of our cars are usually about even with the axle height, his car is shaped more like a boat.... although, he's got almost as many suspension mods as me, and his car handles almost as good as mine, even though there's wheel gap
He's rolling on KYB shocks with I think they were progress springs...

You know it! I'm going to need to get them both repainted this summer though... the original paint job on them wasn't that great.... I'll probably do them around the same time I do my wheels.

I know, right..... when I find me a cheap set of LS mesh wheels, I'm going to take them off and do some work to them.... the paint on them is kind of wearing thin, and chipping off in places... I'm going to polish the lip, and paint the spokes the color of my car.
