you will be able to wash it all off, the problems i had were
1. it gets chalky
2. it is porus, it wont stop the water from getting to the metal....ie its still going to rust
3. not a durable as paint, i am constantly touching it up

yeah it was satin black paint.i didnt prime it but itd pry be better if you do.take 400 grit sandpaper, get it good and scratched but not too deep that it shows through, wipe area down with denatured alcohol, prime it, then you may wanna wet sand??then paint.do it in light coats.

thats pretty much what i did, and worked pretty good.as long as you prep it good and get a good coat of paint, you should be good to go.but i do not take responsibility for anything that goes wrong;)

I don't know if the same is true for the black primer but the 1.99 Brite Touch grey primer by Sherwin Williams is not always the same color grey from can to can. I probably had 4 or 5 different tints of grey on my Celica. The quality is fine but if you go 1.99 cans don't expect the same tint every time.

...and yes I eventually got my Celica painted.
