i had to send my kit back to them because the ignitors didnt work..... I have yet to receive my new ones from them..... 2 months

Unfortunately I do not work there anymore. I don't think there should be any issues with you're warranties, but they no longer sponsor the site so you'll need to contact them directly by phone / email to get ahold of them. I reccomend phone actually.
