Blackberry from AT&T help please

So i got the data plan for my BB and it worked fine now all of a sudden i cant access any sites and i get a 403 error code, also i can send texts and they send perfectly but it takes roughly 10 min at least to receive one back. Any of you wilh a BB or that work for AT&T is there any fix or do i need to just get a new one? Also the people at the store couldnt figure it out and just handed it back and said good luck go get a new one from warranty but this phone was bought brand new a month ago.

do you have WiFi on? I had to turn mine off bc if it is on, it will only work where WiFi is (I know duhhh) When it's off, it works with your network

turning the wifi off didnt do a thing at all still takes a long time to get texts

Have you taken your battery out? That does a reset and should help... Also when your in your internet go to options and I think it's called Cache?? Go in there and clear everything out... That's what I have to do...

yeah i took the battery out before posting didnt do a thing but would clearing the cache have to do with the texts too?

yuh , blackberrys are weird, sometimes the ol hard reboot is called for ( take the battery out)

yeah ive noticed that, i worked at a help desk where they hand out BB for the company so i knew i needed to do it tried it didnt work so im tryin to get different options now so i dont have to order a new one

yeah the cache has to do with your phones memory and it will slow it down and make it free... I usually clear everything
