used a bolt on the oil pump that was slightly too long and it popped a chunk of aluminum out the block wall.

I was thinking JB weld to fill it. looks like it would ride as is but im worried about it cracking at the spot later

engine is a d15b7

Are you talking about using JBweld INSIDE your block?? That has bad idea written all over it. It's possible it may work, but you may do much more harm than good. I don't think it'd act as winshield repair sealer and stop a crack from forming... Hard to say exactly but this may be a good opportunity to just upgrade to a B series anyway! Maybe plan to upgrade, but try your idea out and run it till it blows up. Then make the swap happen :thumbs up

yea thats inside. i just did this on a complete rebuild so if i trash this engine ive wasted near $600. just want to know if anyone has tried this before or know if it will hold
