Blue cluster

I might have an idea from taking all of mne apart but when you take out the climate controls they run off of these veryyyyy tiny amber bulbs for i have a 2000 si, i have to replace them and they are smaller than your pinky nail and are supplied by honda. i couldnt find the bulbs anywhere unless you do an led swap instead of oem bulbs. As for lights under the dash use little led strips of what ever color you can get them at most car part stores. As for the gauges, take the cluster out but do not damage any parts of the cluster, then take the cluster apart, before you even tkae it out order a pair of blue faces for the background of the gauges that the white bulbs will light up blue it is a fairly simple process just takes some patience

i think the only way to do that would be to swap to like an ex hx or si cluster i know they all are lit differently in the 04 clusters and as far as i know the 2004 civics dont use bulbs to light more like a big backlight or something but im not sure i just know i didnt see any bulbs on the back of the cluster
