Blue / Halogon Lights...

Ok Guys Im from the UK, need some help as I cant find anything in the UK!

Recently on the roads I noticed a couple of cars that have changed there headlight bulbs to give a halogen light effect like light blue effect....

Its not like a tint, but its the similar to the Halogen lights bulbs, but I can tell its not them as its not as powerful....

Im not sure but I remeber someone mention something about PIAA headlight bulbs not sure if this it?

Anyway Help would be appriciated if you can understand what Im saying lol!

What u are seeing are cars with HID...The converstion on a civic or similar car can run up to $300 US but for silulated HID you can get Bulbs like Sylvania Silver Stars, APC Super White, I am not sure about PIAA name for them but i'm positive they offer them.

I know about the HID Conversions they cost around £400 here, but Im pretty sure these are just bulbs... they are not as bright as the HID, but the light is a brighter white/blue.

& I know they arent these tint ones that I got from one shop who said they are the ones, cost £10. They just have like a hint of blue,which you see when you move at an angle..
