Even if you're not mechanically inclined, you can do almost all of these things yourself.

Engine oil & filter, you'll want to pay someone for.
Brake service, you'll want to pay someone for.
You can lubricate hinges yourself. Go get some white lithium grease for door hinges, hood latch, and your trunk latch. It's messy so I suggest shooting it off into the grass first to test how much comes out depending on how hard you press down on the trigger.
You can inspect everything on your own. Just look for everything out of the ordinary: cracks, rips, leaking, anything bent / distorted from "natural" position, broken stuff, etc. If it's your 30k mile service, it's still a brand new car, so there's a chance you won't see anything wrong. Also, be sure to listen to your car every once in a while when you're driving. Listen for any abnormal noises. This can indicate something is wrong too.
Check fluid levels speaks for itself. On every reservoir, there should be 2 lines, 1 for minimum and 1 for maximum. Just check to make sure they aren't too low.
Check all lights, again, speaks for itself. Just turn every light in the car and and off and check them.
You'll want to check with someone to see if your car has a "dust/pollen filter". Sounds like a cabin filter.
Replacing your air filter, you don't have to do necessarily. Just check it to make sure it's clean and nothing is in between the cracks.

Have your wheels rebalanced and aired up to the correct psi. A lot of tire places (chains) do rebalancing for free if you've been a customer before. If this doesn't help then you have a different problem.
