body kit installation?

so my buddy bought a kit for his accord, and we're going to attempt to put it on tomorow morning. how hard is it, and does anyone have any pointers?

Well.. it all depends on if it fits perfectly or not.. To be honest.. usually kits do NOT fit perfectly and they require some custom work.. Do you have any experience with that at all? If it fits perfectly then it'll be a quick and easy install... but if not it's gonna be a real b***h. Good luck though either way.

yeah, of all the kits i've seen put on, none of them have had a perfect fit unless they had it done professionally....putting it on shouldn't be hard, but if it's not a perfect fit, it's gonna fit/look weird..like gaps.

side skirts are a bi** to install.. the bumpers are really easy.... just drill here and there and put the self tapping screws in...

i did my sides they were ok i just needed an extra hanf, please please make sure the parts your putting on are painted to match the car they are going on , and it should be easy , hopefully

Bodykits are hard cuz 9 times out of 10 they fit retarded. After all it is molded fiberglass. but all in all be prepared to spend some time putting it on.. and make sure you have some extra bolts...I learned my lesson from my prelude and NEVER again will I get a kit.........

good luck. if its feberglass, just break it and say f**k it.
save the money and get a urethane one.
