Bogging down problem

Hello there forum peoples,

Names Eric I have a 2000 Civic HX. I've had this problem for awhile now and can't seem to figure it out.
While driving my car at random times the car does one of the following; bogs down with loss of pick up, or fuel needle will drop from say full to 3/4 and slow rise to just below full while driving straight....no right turns involved.

Anyway, I have some basic knowledge of civics and am at a loss. I have done as follows:

New EGR Valve
Checked for vacuum Leaks
Cleaned EGR Ports
New Fuel Filter
New Fuel Injectors
Removed VTEC solenoid and cleaned area and replaced o-rings <- this one made no sense ,but was a suggestion from a friend with a civic so gave it a shot.
Also fuel pressure is fine.

I have pulled CEC codes are:

P0401 80 EGR Insufficient Flow Detected
P1457 90 EVAP Emission Control System Leak Detected (Control Canister System)
P1459 92 EVAP Emission Purge Flow Switch Malfunction

Any and all suggestions would be appreciated, now I have consulted MECHANICS. I have received different suggestions as to these codes giving me the symptoms I am having. One stated there is a 2-way bypass switch near my fuel tank that is my solid solution. Its only 55$ ,but I would like the advice from some people who really know civics before I make any further investments into the vehicle. Seeing as I have a perfectly good 97 HX sitting next to my shed just in need of a transmission.

Check ground connection at fuel pump. Even though the fuel pressure test was good, just sitting, could be when you are driving it is losing the ground connection when moving or turning.
