SO im trying to boost my ride, its a 99 si with an itR swap. Im being offerd a xspower sidemount manifold, 70 trim turbo(just says turbo charger on it), wastegate, oil lines and fittings, downpipe and coupler for $400. And im really tempted to buy it but just dont want to have any problems...... then theres this kit for sale from tunerz image that i was looking at on honda-tech.com. Any ideas or comments about these kits or parts.....thanks

theres much more to a turbo setup that what you have mentioned. as for the parts you mentioned, throw the turbo, sidemount manifold, and downpipe away if you get the kit

yeah a few good reviews in it mostly camparrison to shitty ssac and other ebay kits. Here it is...

dont buy a kit. build one yourself with QUALITY parts

i read the tunerz image turbo kit is a joke too. Piece together you kit, or fork out a few g's for a good kit

its a lot smarter to just build your own kit.....its cheaper and you can get some good quality parts

both those kits are garbage ebay stuff from the same manufacturer. Save yourself time and money by getting a good quality kit.

if you want to buy a kit treadstone is a pretty decent turbo kit.

this is the only ebay turbo kit i would think about buying because it comes with a 1 year warrenty.

What brand is the turbo on the link, cant seem to find it? Looking into the afi kits, hear good things about them.
