bottom left motor mount help

Hey guys, im trying to remove my left bottom motor mount on my 98 civic hatch. I am trying to remove the 2 top bolts that go into the frame. they keep spinning without comming out. I flashed a light down a tiny hole above and noticed the bolt was just spinning with the nut. What am i suppose to do? I thought about just breaking the bolt off but if i do that how would i ever be able to put a new nut in so i can bolt the new mount on? There is no openings to get the the nuts.

Only thing I can really think of is cutting a hole just enough to get a wrench into the side of the frame.

hah I had this same problem. what i did is used a dremel with a cutting wheel to cut a small hole in the frame so I could get a wrench in there to hold the nut in place. It is a 17mm fyi...I would say do that man.
