bottom molding on a 5th gen

Is it alright to take that off or does it serve a purpose? has anyone done this?

what molding do you mean? there is window molding, molding on the doors, dang there is molding everywhere. You must be more specific.

Ok the side skirts or what ever they are called, they are easy to take off but it does not look good without them. Why do you want to take them off? Here is a pic of my car with them off.

I'd rather have them flat at the bottom instead of bowed I was just wondering if they were a necessity

Well you will need something down there because it looks like ass when you dont have anything. You could look for some new ones online somewhere, im sure there is a company that makes more squared off ones but i think they flow with the body shape.

you could also mod some 6th gen skirts and put them on, they look a lot better too
