The Sequential blow-off valves incoporate both a small primary valve for quick activation along with a larger secondary valve for additional discharge capacity.
They're mainly used in turbo applications that exceed 20psi of boost and require more than just one valve to relieve pressure.
And yes, this belongs in the F/I section... there are no N/A applications that require BOVs...
