Damn, I just noticed that my bov is sucking in a little bit of air, well it's sucks enough air in that you can feel it with your fingers. I'm already bidding on ebay for another one so I'l have a new one in about a week. I have no choice but to drive my hatch as is, does anyone know if this will hurt anything?

might want to think about changing your oil after you get the new bov since unfiltered air is going into your engine

I feel like a dumb ass because I don't know what it's called but here's a pic. I know it comes from the intake manifold

Well thats your Fuel Prs Reg. Are you sure you have tightend down the BOV so its adjusted right ?? Having it to soft can cause it to leak at idle

It's not connected to my fuel pressure reg directly, it comes out the manifold and splices on to the fuel pressure reg. I'm just going to buy a new bov, I had another pipe made today. The bov doesn't even sound right, it has a high pitch whistle kinda of like a video game bov. It sounded like a normal 1g dsm bov when I had my zc in my hatch, so I know my bov is shot or something.

is this at idle? BOV's that dont get re-circulated into the intake piping will always suck in a little air at half throttle or so, its just what they do. But at idle it shouldnt be doing it...

no not at idle but when I give it a little gas. I'll be honest I think my bov might be bad. Not many people boost over here but I've heard another stock dsm bov and it has that woooooooooooosh... sound. My bov has a whistle to it. My bov has a crushed top but I don't know if that what a crushed bov is supposed to sound like.

put a small filter on it and bedone as long as it holds pressure and releases it, its fine some bovs are designed to work like that...

right, i dont think its your bov, most suck in air while cruising or when you take your foot off the throttle and the rpms are winding down. If your concerned put a filter on it
