Brake drum noise

I recently put on new wheels on my car after I put them on there was a noise coming from the rear wheels I thought it was bc my tires were bad but no its my brake drum cover is scrapping with the back of the breaks. I took out the cover and put it back on cleaned everything an nothing the noise only stops when I step on the breaks but while I drive its a constant grinding /thump noise can
Does anyone know how to fix this problem please

Change em! Get new springs too

If it's your new wheels, then maybe its that or the tires grinding on something back there.

If not, it's probably the adjustment of your brake shoes.
