Brake light not working.

Alright well my friend was behind me today and fills me in with my the info that my back right tailight doesn't get brighter whenever I brake.
What should i do to fix this, is it a bulb or fuse?
Also my cigarette lighter doesn't work either, where is the fuse for that?

Any help is appreciated.

cigarette lighter has plug on it on the back. get new taillight bullb. take out old one and take it into parts store and get new two filament bulb

Man i didnt even think about the plug, I was taking apart my dash to fix a clickin bolt and I must have forgotten that. Pretty basic on the bulb thanks for all the help.
