Brake pressure issue

At traffic light brakes seemed to loose compression. Fluid level is fine but reservoir cap may have been loose. will that allow air to enter system?

Inspect the vacuum line on the booster as well.

I'm changing your title because you're assuming its the unlikely reservoir cap when your issue is break pressure and not fluid loss.
