braking for parking

ok i have no idea why my 97 civic does this but when i press on the brake my parking lights come on, and its showing both of my turn signals come on in my cluster, hmm does this sound like a wiring problem?
also when i press the brake my turn signal stops blinking, and when i let off the brake it stars blinking again

have you looked at your cluster? sounds like it could be f**ked or you have a short under the dash

You may have installed a single filament bulb where a double filament bulb belongs.
