brown fluid dripping out of down pipe

i just installed a turbo on my 96 ex and its leaking brown fluid where the DP and cat meet what would this be from?

what kind of fluid is it? oil? condensation? need more info!

if it coming from inside, thats not good, then u have an exhaust leak there as well.

ok my coolant was leaking from a hose but i fixed it but i still have fluid leaking out of my exhaust, xs power td04 turbo, sounds like a turbo seal?

pulled off my exhaust off the turbo and started it up and oil come spitting out... seals i guess

sounds like you need an oil restricter for your next turbo as well.

Garrett, Bulleye,turbonetics,etc turbos do not run restrictions... use them full flow... Ching chang turbo's are the one that need restricters .

umm...ball bearing turbo's need restrictors....they like only around 30-40psi.....not 80-100psi lol...

trust me run a restrictor with ANY turbo you get....it will make it last a lot longer....

idk maybe with the name brand turbos you dont need an oil restrictor, but it still wouldn't hurt.
