So i'm in the process of building this "stealth" box" . I ended up using a jig saw to cut my circles because my impromptu to circle jig for my router yield inadequate results. I'm not terribly thrilled with the results but i'm not worried since it will be covered by fiberglass and paint in the end. I would have ran it once over with the belt sander except i forgot somebody broke the one at home =/, i will just have to deal with it. I got to go back out to the store so i can finish my imprint of the trunk.as i underestimated the mat and resin i had on hand.
Here is the pic of my flushed ring to start. I'll update once i get this mounted up. For those with extra experience on building boxes, I welcome the advice as i'm no dummy but limited by $$ and find what you can in the garage tools. Only question i may have is how adding a tuned port will work on a mostly fiberglass enclosure. I'm probably going to try it as i'm inclined to build a different enclosure when i get around to purchasing a second sub.
