Ok I'm most likely gonna get a FBP '99 Si for cheapo, but it's missing a distributor, 2 front seats, Si rims, and was missing the intake/exhaust cams and the valve cover but the last three things have been replaced.
I'm considering going turbo, but just wanna get some questions answered before I do anything.
(and i did try searching around)
1) Which is better? Turboing an Si, or leaving it N/A?
2) How many PSI can I safely push? (i plan to port & polish, pistons, maybe bore it)
3) Would I want to use the stock B16A cams? GSR cams? Skunk2 stage 1/2/3 cams?
4) What type of valvetrain? Stock? CTR? ITR? Aftermarket?
5) What kind of electronics will I need to use a turbo setup correctly? (i.e. - boost controller, etc)
6) What are some good kits that don't cost too much? I was looking at GReddy, DRAG, or custom.
7) What other things should I look into getting so it works right and I don't blow myself up?

Think that's about it. Trying to look at what this one GSR has by me. He's turbo'd pushing about 6PSI, but I was wondering what I could push safely if I build the motor up a lil, and then I've been trying to look at his electronics to see what all he has controlling s**t. Know he has 5 lil guages, and an APEXi VAFC.
And has anyone weighed an Si wheel? If so, how much do they weigh? I'm either throwing Si rims back on it, or some 15" Rota's depending on which weighs less.
