just figured id share this with CC as well. well a buddy of mine layed down 310whp 230wtq with a boosted b18c1 (stock) @ 12 psi and a very conservative tune. well finally he started having smoking issues and sucked up a little water. we have a feeling this problem was started a little BEFORE the water and boost spiking issues. here are the results of this. we pulled the engine and took it apart and found something a little wrong. please note that all the busted ring lands are on the INTAKE side of the pistons. as well i am posting the stage 5 unsprung clutchmasters clutch he uses to show what it does to a stock flywheel and the pressure plate
