Buying a '04 ep3, need opinions

hey guys, i need some 2nd opinions. Theres a dealer by me in NY that has a nice 04 civic si hatch blue, all stock with 69,000 miles on it, very nice condition. I took a test drive and it seems pretty solid. He wants $11900 for it, what do you guys think? too much? or a good price? also, is there anything i should specifically look for, issues and such? anything to worry about with this year? etc. I appreciate the advice.

i would tell the dealership to lower the price a bit more and go from there, if your getting 04 you'll be getting the updated headlights and tailights,side skirts and most of all your getting the 5 lugged one. post pics when you do get it as for issues i don't have have really maybe just the headlights fogging up after washing it
