Okay I am about to order the B8c1 engine with LSD tranny heres the link..

I just need some answeres from those of you who have done the swap already.

1) Will I need anything on top of what is being supplied by password jdm?

2) Its a good deeal right?

3) Just want to double chcek that it is OBD 1.

That is a good question, I always assumed OBDII was USDM from EPA legislation. (you know same connector for all cars etc...) I was strongly considering this swap (Income tax return!!! Yay) but I have to go do more research now.

1. no thats everythign you will need. but you will almost certainly run into some problems, like the tps is broken many times in shipping, and you will need to run some wires.

2. that price is pretty similar to most other places. isnt super low, but isnt high either.

3. japan has no obd2. obd2 is a usdm (and i believe canada too) specific system. all jdm motors 92+ are all obd1.
