cam seal leak. need help

Can anyone tell me how hard it is to change a cam seal. And how I should go about it. I have a 95 civic coupewith a B16a dohc vtech. Please help

not too hard remove vavle cover and begin to diassemble the exhaust side u dnt need to take the cam out and put a new one on use hondabond for a good seal and for pics upload them to photobucket and paste the link in ur comment and the pic will show up

Hate to sound like such a noob but what side is the exhaust side. And do I coat the new cam seal in honda bond.
Then install it. Thanks for the help.

the exhaust cam is the one closest to the exhaust side of the head i.e the headers the cam without the dizzy in it. a little of hondabond goes a long way. i believe the 8mm bolts are 20lbs torque and the 6mm bolts are 8lbs.......i cant for some reason cut pages out of my helms manuel to show u ill try l8r
