can I keep obd2?

so I have a d16y8 civic and want to swap in a b18b out of a 94 integra then possibly build and boost it. just wondering if there is anyway way possible that I can keep my obd 2 to pass inspections? and if so what would I need to make this possible. did a search but couldnt find exactly what I was looking for

If you're swapping in a 94 b18b you cant stay OBD2, those are OBD1 engines. the only way around it is buy buying an OBD2 engine, but if you're boosting you will have to switch to OBD1 anyways, or buy an AEM EMS...but who wants to spend $1500 on that...

you'd have to stay with an obd2 engine (anything 1996+). but your tuning options for obd2 suck. fmu, the hack, or a full ems like AEM (rediculously expensive and still is lame)
