Get some ARP head studs and a new headgasket.

yea it could just be head lift. HG and arp studs are a must. I would do a leakdown test to see where the leak is coming from to be sure. Have the head checked for a warp since it was over heated when you get the head off for the new gasket and studs

how if there is no oil in my water or other way around ? will this fix my overheating prob?
I've only seen coolant and oil mix in bad headgasket failures and yes the ARP's will fix your overheating issue.
