What an HF manifold is? And how they bolted turbos onto a stock manifold? It's been urking me for some reason . . .

an hf manifold is a cx/hx/ or civic std manifold. turbos dont bolt up to them, you need to use an adapter plate that allows you to bolt one side of the plate to the manifold, and one side to the turbo.
