You see, I bought a 1994 Honda civic DX. It ran fine for about six months then the battery went dead on me. My buddy tried to jump start it and i do not think he jumped it correctly because now my car wont turn over at all.

What happens is, when i turn the key to the start position nothing happens. The engine clicks once then goes silent. I purchased a brand new battery so i know that's not the problem anymore. I also took the starter out and tested it myself and it worked fine. I checked the fuses and they are all fine. I have ran out of options that i know of to my knowledge.

I am now looking for help from anyone. I am open for any suggestions that you have for me and would greatly appreciate the help.

Ignition coil won't be the problem seeing as the engine won't even turn over at all.

It has to do with start up. Try checking the 100Amp Battery fuse and the 50Amp Ignition Fuse (marked IG) at the fuse box under the hood. Both of those can easily be blown by jumping the car.

Have you tested the Starter while it was still on the car?

^^ this as well as the actual cables going from fuse panel -> starter, ground -> chassis, ect, ect. All of the Power and Ground cables. Check them out.

idk how you would be able to screw up jumping a battery.

have you taken a look at the alternator?

He said it just clicks, so that automatically throws anything in the fuse box out as those are designed to cut power to coil, solenoid, whatever should there be a short or somethin in the electrical system. He also said that he checked the fuses. Its very clear that he's getting power from the fuse box to the ignition in some way. A clicking would indicate either a bad coil, or grounding issue in the starter. In older cars it would have been the solenoid most likely.

going with a starter for now....(if not for the fuses) hit the starter with a hammer see if that does the trick
