Theres a bolt in the center, on the backside of them, that bolts to the frame. Once thats removed, pull the seat up from the backside, and it should just pull out.

yeah, the seats can be a trying task....look all around for the bolts...once you get them out, then slide up, almost like on a hinge.

here's how u take the door panel off
1-the door handle has a small screw(were u lock the door if it's manual)
2-were u grab the door to close it has a screw
3-remove the speaker cover look for the three outer holes, there's three screws there too
5-grab the panel by the corner were the speaker is and just pull on it,it should come off

ps. oh yeah pull the panel upward

Theres also little clips that you have to "pop" off, that go around the outter edge of the door panel. Also if its a sedan, there's screws that you have to remove that are behind the door handle/arm rest. Pop the cover peice off, and theres (either 2 or 3, cant remember) screws you have to remove, that actually hold the door panel to the door.

Use plyers and starts moving them. They are shaped like an z. But the / part is straight. Get it?

Be careful when removing the door panels. There is a clip up by the dash where they dash and door meets when closed. I found that one to be weak and it can break off easily.
