Car bigs down when put into gear has no power

92 Honda civic Dx 1.5L when I put the car into gear it acts like it wants to pull but does have the power to pull. The RPMs will drop and the car acts as if it's going to choke out. Anyone run into this issue. Does it in all the gears. I am going to replace the PCV valve today to see if that's the issue.
What I have checked fuel pump I looesn the fuel pump fitting turned the key to the on position and fuel shot out for three seconds, compression was good. Cylinder 1=135, 2=130,3=135, 4=130. Traced all vacuum lines and couldn't find a leak used carb cleaner to check them. Idles at 770 timing looks good with the timing light. Correct firing order plugs are new gapped to .43 or .44 forgot the gapping.
What other checks or ideas do u guys have.



I started a new thread because I do not think it's related to me just installing s new head gasket. Also don't think I worded it well at all.

Ya probably unrelated. Was the head and block resurfaced ? Did you use right torque sequence? What did you torque the head bolts to?

I've locked your old thread since it never really went anywhere. I didn't want to merge the threads because post order would have been screwy.

Is the CEL on? If so jump the service connector and pull the code(s).

Does the car act the same both cold and at operating temperature?
