Go get your ECU chipped and tuned at the dyno. AFC hacks are bad for your engine.

what i would do....is not drive it...if you must drive it...stay out of boost.....if you can't stay out of boost....bump your fuel settings up across the board...

if it was reset then just put in the correct sensor type and car no. and fuel settings. sounds like you're waaay to rich and you're flooding the engine.

if its not fuel then make sure all the connectors at the ecu are on there good, i taped mine after my car did what you described (my vacuum also measured 100kpa which is 40kpa over normal operation).

he may not even be using the vafc to increase fuel pressure based on boost.. he simply stated that he has a vafc that is going off and the car is bogging

first as stated check the connections
secondly any check engine lights
if so what codes are the ecu throwing?
