car doesnt rev all the way out, need help

i have an ls swapped eg hatch,. its not revving out to the point it should, stops reving out at about 4000 rpms, not exactly sure cause i dont have the rpm gauge. would this mean i have an automatic ecu? need help asap guys cars almost on the road, this is the only problem with my swap now

Yeah my guess is the AT ECU try swappin that out and see if that helps if not it could be a shitty rev limiter

dont just swap it, look at the code on the ECU you have and make sure it is AT or not....if it is AT then remove for a MT
