Car Horn Dead/Temperature Setting Actin Funny

Jus found out today that my horn isnt workin when I try to honk at some dumb ass. Is there a fuse for that? If there is then I might have to be replace.
On another topic, my temperature switcher is not stayin in one spot. Everytime I moved it to cool it springs back towards warm. Its like theres a spring that doesnt wanna stay put. It happens when I turn on my fan. Could it be that something inside is loose or what?

there is a wire...like a bicycle brake cable that controls the hot and cold...mine was set too tight and instead of moving back it just broke off the control arm....get a manual and look up how to adjust the temperature cable....i think you may have to remove the glovebox or you can do it under the hood. sorry for no detail.

if your talking about your temp cluster where the a/c and heat is just take the unit out and put it back in something is out of wack, and for the horn im pretty sure there is a fuse and if thats not burnt out. then check wiring and if thats not it then its inside the wheel and with the switch, good luck.
