car runs rough in rain

What's up people, my b20b is running like crap in the rain after it has been running for a while but when I shut the car off and restart it back up it runs fine for a while then acts up again. Any ideas?

What exactly is it doing?

And is your Check Engine Light on? If so, have you pulled the codes?

No lights no codes. Spits and sputters at low rpm to mid rpm. Idle bounces up and down. Shut the car off an start it back up its runs fine for a short time the same thing.

With the limited information given, my guess would be wet distributor. Check under the cap for moisture; the seal might be bad.

For the most part yes. Every once in a while it will do it when it's dry but acts up I the rain.

Check your cap and spark plug wires. few different ways you can go about testing, but a simple way is to just check it in the dark.
