car stalling after ahort ram intake installed

So i put a dc sport short ram intake on my 06 civic ex and it stalls i installed everything except for the new breather valve i left the stock one on. Other than that everything is tight and no leaks but it stalls maybe 2 seconds after start but no engine light.. any suggestions?

You didn't disconnect the throttle position sensor did you? Check your connectors, obstructions in the intake. I don't think its likely there is a big piece of packing foam but you never know.
