I put my sterio on and its geting power from the thing that you can use to turn a cigar on dont now the name lol well when I turn the car off it restarts the sterio I wanted to no how can I wire it so that it wont keep doing that thanks

The cigarette lighter is a keyed wire. Meaning that it only comes on when the key is in the acc or on position. You need to wire the yellow wire from the head unit to something that is a CONSTANT power if you want the memory to save and the red wire in the head unit needs to be to a keyed wire.

Is the little clock a good place for the yellow wire or what place do you suggest and the red wire ill keep it to the cigarette lighter

Your radio harness in the car should have all the necessary wires.

When I got the car it didnt hav a harness it was jus wires
