Don't throw parts at the problem. Do some basic diagnostics.

Does the fuel pump prime?

Is there bright white spark at all 4 spark plugs?

Any CEL codes?

Pull the cap and rotor and dust cover off the distributer the coil has a metal spring coming out that's what makes your spark. Ground a test light on the strut bolt and hold the point off the spring about 1/8-1/4" off and have a buddy turn the motor over if you have a bright white spark then you need a cap and rotor if no spark then you have to check the spark module. To do this you use the test light and if you look at the coil it has two wires on the bottom of it one is pos(+) and the other is neg(-) you need to put the test light on the neg. They are marked + or - With the key on the light should be on have a buddy turn the motor over again and the test light should rapidly blink. If it stays lite or turns off then your module is bad. Replace it and check the coil again because I have seen both go bad. Just make sure that you ground the test light properly or you will zap the ish out of yourself.

the only way to see if the timing belt broke or jumped is visual inspection. check if its broke first. if is not then you have to line up all the timing marks and see if everything lines up or not.

update on it. ive replace almost everything but the distributor housing . and im still not getting spark. its been throwing a cel sincei bought it. the rotor will spin which leads me to belive that the timing belt isnt broke.

stop throwing money at the problem figure out what is broken then replace it. there are videos all over youtube on chasing the problem down check out ericthecarguy he has a video on finding the issue on a 6th gen his technique is basicly what I told you to do above if you have no spark and basicly a new distributer it may be the computer itself or something stupid like a fuse. Just stop wasting money away on parts you don't need diagnose not guess bro.
